Sandbox privacy

Test environment. Use Stripe test payment details. Do not supply real cards, confidential documents or private Case information.

Account and connection

We store your verified email, account membership, accepted policy versions, session and connection records, and associated test purchases. Essential secure cookies support sign-in, consent and purchase recovery. Email sign-in sends a one-use verification link. If Google sign-in is available, we use its verified account identifier and email for sign-in.

A connected assistant receives the account’s opaque user identifier, available tools and permitted writing instructions. It can send voice and control choices. These tools do not accept draft text or retrieve ChatGPT profiles, billing details, conversations or private Case files.

Payment and delivery

Stripe processes the sandbox payment form. We retain test offer, amount, currency, payment status, provider references and timestamps to verify access. We do not receive full card numbers or security codes. Cloudflare delivers and protects the service and processes technical request information for security and rate limits.

Usage

We store action counts, dates, profile versions and a hash of each normalized voice selection to show your remaining allowance and avoid counting the same selection twice in a day. We do not store your draft text.

Your choices

Sign out to revoke that browser session and connections authorized through it. Disconnect the assistant to revoke its connection. Test records are used to verify these flows and may be reset. Email admin@caseforge.tech for access, correction or deletion; we may verify your identity and retain records needed to resolve security or payment issues.
